Here I make small-scale bread and pastries with natural ingredients, where each loaf is given time to develop its unique flavor through a long rising time. The result is handmade sourdough bread and pastries baked with care from start to finish. You can choose to have the products delivered fresh or pick them up at our pickup locations, either at the bakery in Mesnali or in Sjusjøen.
